Web Services Request Procedure
Web Candy Provides corrective services for the first 30 days from the sites publishing date.
Corrective services include:
Fixing spelling and grammar errors that may have been missed prior to launching of the web site. All other changes and updates are subject to our standard hourly rate of 125.00/hour with a 15 Minute min charge. In our continuing effort to provide Web Candy Customers with outstanding Web solutions, and designs the following web service request procedures have been developed. This policy will enable the web Team to plan, allocate, and manage its resources more efficiently.
To submit a request for web technology services Web Candy customers will be required to submit an e-mail outlining the details of what the client wants done, or to submit a ticket via our online ticket submission system which is accessible via our client portal. All submitted requests will be sent to the Web Team, consisting of the Webmaster and Web Developer.
After receipt of the request form, the web team will make a determination of effort required for each request will be made by the Web Team. If the request is a straightforward task, such as repairing an unconnected page or posting a press release, the request can be looked after within 24 hours or receipt, and normally only require a min charge. Once the request has been completed, the requestors will be alerted to the status of their request and informed when it has been completed.
No charges will be incurred by the client for hosting and e-mail issues, requests should be submitted the same way as a general service request. Since hosting and e-mail are major components to a properly functioning web site Web candy does its best to address any related issues immediately.
If the request is determined to require a new development effort, or a substantial enhancement to an existing web item, a preliminary analysis of the time and resources needed to fulfill the request will be completed. Costs will be calculated, and a timeline given based on existing projects in the cue. A quote with the details will be sent out for the services requested.
If the pricing and timeline for the requested task is accepted by the customer the service will not be completed until the client completes the service request form the service agreement for the requested services.
